We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

## Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Opened or used personal care products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

## Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover return international shipping fees. The original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable.

## Return Fees
We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for eligible returns.

##Final Sale Items
No final sale items are offered. All eligible products can be returned within the 30-day window, subject to the conditions listed above.

##Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, you may return your eligible goods for a full refund and place a new order separately.

## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
