Thank you for shopping at KOEUBIO HAIR. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China, providing door-to-door delivery to customers in the United States. All shipments are delivered on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning you will not be charged any additional customs duties or taxes upon delivery.

1.Order Processing & Dispatch Times

Dispatch times vary based on your chosen shipping method:

  • US Air Shipping (DDP): Orders will be packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • US Sea Shipping (DDP): Orders will be packed and dispatched within 1-8 business days after payment confirmation (to align with weekly consolidation schedules).

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options:

  1. US Air Shipping (DDP)

    • Estimated Delivery (after dispatch): 9-12 business days
    • Best for: Small orders and customers requiring faster delivery.

  2. US Sea Shipping (DDP)

    • Estimated Delivery (after dispatch): 25-27 business days
    • Best for: Larger orders seeking a cost-effective solution.

Note: Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your package in real-time using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can also view tracking information in your order history on our website.

4. Shipping Fees & Surcharges

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the selected shipping method. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • A remote area surcharge may apply for deliveries to remote locations in the United States. If applicable, this fee will be displayed at checkout.

5. Customs & Import Fees

All orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. We handle all customs clearance and pay all applicable duties and taxes on your behalf. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
